Jobdesk:

  • Responsible for delivering service-related activities, including providing product information and transactional services to internal and external customers, as well as managing customer complaints and inquiries, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of transactions in accordance with PKO (Operational Policy Guidelines).

Qualifications:

  • Male / Female;
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline;
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.00 scale);
  • Maximum age of 27 years (fresh graduates or experienced candidates);
  • Candidates with experience in Competency-Based Training in Bank Cash Management are preferred;
  • Able to adapt quickly, fast learner, disciplined, and communicative;
  • Possess knowledge of Banking and Accounting systems;
  • Placement at Head Office Salemba
